This is not quite new, but UK clothing store Polarn O. Pyret still has the right idea in selling clothes for kids without distinguishing boys’ clothes from girls’ clothes. More on their strategy here

Perfection.

Polarn O. Pyret is actaully a Swedish brand. And I think it’s great that they do this, I just wish their clothes weren’t so gosh darn expensive. Their footie pajamas for toddlers costs 449 SEK, that’s 64 USD. Why, oh why would you spend that much on something your child will wear for a few months? I understand that quality costs but it’s a footie for fuck’s sake..
